To where does NaturalFixCo ship?
We currently ship to Australia only.
Where does NaturalFixCo ship?
Products purchased via the Natural Fix Co website are either shipped from Melbourne or Perth, dependent upon where they are warehoused and the destination of the purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian deliveries are made using Australia Post’s eParcel delivery service. You can select either Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.
Under this system customers will need to sign for receipt of their order. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a card will be left by Australia Post directing you to the nearest Post Office for pick up.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Deliveries generally leave our warehouse the next business day after the order is made. Parcel Post deliveries will arrive between 2-7 days from despatch, with Express Post delivery generally being received within 2-3 days to major capital cities.
Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for deliveries once they have been safely despatched from our warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
From time to time FREE shipping is available. This is at the discretion of Natural Fix Co and is displayed on the website when available.
For commercial or bulk orders, shipping will be included in the quotation.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All payments are secure.
Are your products flammable?
No.
Are products safe for airline travel?
Yes. Products are supplied in non-aerosol containers and are alcohol free.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. If you require gift wrapping, please email us at hello@naturalfixco.com.au as soon as you have placed your order and one of our team will arrange wrapping for you.
